This is a knowledge-base-first literature review tool built specifically for communications research. It searches Zotero, Obsidian, and local PDFs before hitting external databases, then prioritizes IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and ACM in that order. The venue tiering is opinionated: it knows JSAC and SIGCOMM belong in tier A, TVT and ICC in tier B, and it will tell you when evidence is thin instead of padding the gaps. It separates PHY/MAC rate adaptation from transport-layer congestion control, flags preprints vs formal publications, and outputs a structured table with source provenance. If your topic is wireless, satellite, or networking and you want papers grouped by technical axis rather than search order, this does that work without pretending a workshop paper is a journal.
