A PR review workflow for groovebook repositories, which are part of the groove learning commons system. You configure a groovebook repo in your local `.groove/index.md`, then use this to list open learning PRs, view diffs, and submit reviews through the GitHub CLI. It walks you through the whole flow: authentication check, PR selection, diff viewing, and submitting approve/comment/request-changes reactions. The interesting bit is the final prompt suggesting you open a companion PR to the groove repo if the learning suggests a skill change, creating a feedback loop between documentation and implementation. Assumes you're already part of a groove commons setup and have `gh` configured.
