When your AI workflow needs actual human input or approval, this server lets Claude generate a form, get back a shareable URL, and wait for the human to fill it out. You'd reach for this when you're building agents that need to pause for decisions, collect structured feedback, or grab information only a person can provide. The agent creates the form programmatically, shares the link however makes sense (Slack, email, whatever), and receives the responses as JSON to continue its work. It's essentially a bridge for turning any human interaction into API data your agent can consume.
