Summary
Connects Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client to live Northern Cyprus property data via streamable HTTP at evlek.app/api/mcp. You get nine read-only tools: search listings by city and price range, pull price indices and market overviews by neighborhood, compare properties or cities side by side, estimate rental yield from purchase price, and get legal info on foreign ownership and title types. There's also a neighborhood suggester that matches six buyer personas to districts based on budget. No auth required, 60 requests per minute per IP. Useful if you're building AI workflows around TRNC real estate research, comps, or investment analysis without scraping or maintaining stale snapshots.
