You'll run this once after installing OrchestKit to pick your baseline: Complete (all 91 skills, 31 agents), Standard (skills only), Lite (10 essentials), or custom. It walks you through category toggles (AI/ML, backend, frontend, testing, security, devops, planning, workflow), agent selection across product/technical/ops/research roles, and hook permissions for safety gates, auto-approvals, and team coordination. All five MCPs ship enabled by default since the 30+ Sonnet/Haiku subagents need sequential-thinking and specific agents use Tavily or agentation. The wizard also handles version-specific settings for CC 2.1.7 through 2.1.160, enterprise PR URL templates for GitLab/Bitbucket, and dual-channel telemetry setup. Run `/ork:configure` interactively or `/ork:configure mcp memory` for targeted changes.
