This is a meta-skill that turns Claude into a CLI for managing your other skills. You can list what's available across built-in, user, and project scopes, create new skills through an interactive wizard, edit frontmatter and triggers, search by content, and remove ones you don't need anymore. It's built around the idea that skills live in different places (bundled with the plugin, your global config, or per-project) and you need a consistent way to wrangle them without manually editing YAML files. The scope distinction is smart, built-in skills are read-only, and the confirmation step before deletion is the kind of guardrail you want. If you're building up a library of custom skills, this keeps things organized.
