Pre Write Checklist

This tackles a real problem with AI novel writing: after 30 chapters, the model starts forgetting your world rules, character traits, and plot threads because early context falls out of the window. Before each write command, it forces Claude to reload nine key files including your constitution, character states, relationship tracking, and plot progress. Think of it as a mandatory context refresh that costs about 1700 tokens per chapter but prevents the quality degradation that would otherwise force expensive rewrites later.
