This extends an existing research outline by adding new field definitions to your fields.yaml file. It auto-locates the file in your working directory, then lets you either describe the fields yourself or trigger a web search to find common fields in your domain. You review the suggestions, pick what you want, specify categories and detail levels, and it appends them to the file. Useful when you realize mid-research that you're missing key data points and don't want to manually edit YAML. The web search option is clever for discovering standard fields you might not have thought of, though you'll still need that confirmation step to avoid bloating your schema with irrelevant additions.
