Takes a compiled LaTeX paper and generates a conference poster using the tcbposter package. You point it at your paper directory, optionally specify a venue like NeurIPS or CVPR, and it extracts key content into a visual layout with four columns, figures up front, and bullet points instead of prose. The skill handles the geometry setup for A0 or A1 sizes and applies venue-specific color schemes. There's an optional style reference mode that can analyze another paper's structural density to guide figure-to-text ratios. It persists state across interruptions and includes a GPT review step before final output. Good for when you need a poster session handout and don't want to rebuild the narrative from scratch in PowerPoint.
