Hindsight Cloud

This connects Claude to Hindsight Cloud, a shared memory system for your team. It stores project conventions, coding standards, individual preferences, and learnings from past tasks. The interesting bit is that it doesn't just save text verbatim. The server extracts structured facts, identifies entities, and builds relationships between them automatically. You pass rich context like full conversation transcripts or detailed observations, and it handles the extraction. Before starting any real work, you recall relevant memories. After solving something or discovering a convention, you retain it. The skill is explicit about when to store team knowledge versus individual preferences, which matters since the memory bank is shared across your whole team.
