This is a specialized coordinator for updating Ralph Specum spec artifacts after you've learned something during implementation. You explicitly invoke it by name or ask Ralph to revise specs based on what actually happened while building. It doesn't do the refactoring itself. Instead it spins up a sub-agent that reads your progress log and existing requirements, design, and tasks files, then cascades changes downstream so everything stays consistent. The sub-agent preserves newer Ralph conventions like approval checkpoints and verification tasks. Honest take: this is workflow glue for a specific spec methodology, not a general refactoring tool. If you're not already using Ralph Specum's structured approach with those particular artifact files, this won't help you.
