Keeps your CLAUDE.md file lean by enforcing a two-tier documentation strategy: core rules stay in CLAUDE.md as one or two sentence summaries (hard limit at 300 lines), while detailed examples and edge cases go into docs/CODING_RULES.md. You trigger it when you catch yourself repeating the same code review feedback or notice Claude making the same mistake again. It checks your recent git history, assesses whether the issue is worth documenting, and updates the right file with proper examples. The workflow includes duplicate checking and will warn you when CLAUDE.md is getting bloated. Supports custom preferences through EXTEND.md for things like line limits and commit message formats.
