This is a dividend safety monitoring system that scans your holdings for red flags like cuts, coverage deterioration, or sketchy 8-K filings, then routes them into OK/WARN/REVIEW buckets instead of auto-selling anything. It runs T1 through T5 triggers on different cadences (daily for dividend cuts, weekly for credit stress, quarterly for structural decline) and spits out a prioritized review queue with evidence snippets. The hard rule is human confirmation before any action, which makes sense if you've ever seen a mechanical system dump a good stock during a temporary hiccup. Designed to feed back into the broader Kanchi dividend SOP workflow and pairs with their tax accounting skill when risk events mean moving positions between account types.
