Dividend Growth Pullback Screener

Screens for dividend growth stocks (12%+ annual dividend increases, 1.5%+ yield) that are temporarily oversold using RSI ≤40 as the trigger. The idea is to catch quality compounders during pullbacks rather than chasing high current yield. Uses a two-stage approach with FINVIZ Elite for fast RSI pre-screening, then FMP for detailed dividend history analysis, which keeps you under free tier API limits. Outputs ranked candidates with dividend CAGR, payout ratios, and entry timing based on whether RSI is extreme oversold or just early pullback. Most useful when you're building a dividend growth portfolio and want technical timing help, less so if you need income now or are looking at sub-6 month holds.
