If you've been using OpenCode for a while and want to know what you're actually spending time on, this generates an HTML report from your session history. It pulls your last 20 sessions, analyzes which tools you used most, where you hit errors or had to step in, and clusters your work into project areas. The output is a standalone HTML file with stats, friction points, and specific suggestions for workflows or skills you could build based on your patterns. It's basically a retrospective on your coding sessions. Most useful if you're trying to optimize how you work with Claude or spot repetitive tasks worth automating.
