This is the foundation layer for Syncfusion's React component library. It handles cross-cutting concerns like RTL support for Arabic and Hebrew, CLDR-based globalization, state persistence across sessions, drag-and-drop interactions, and animation effects (FadeIn, SlideUp, etc). You'll reach for this when building apps that need localization or when you want components to remember their state after refresh. The security utilities include HTML sanitization, which is solid if you're dealing with user-generated content. It's a dependency package that gets pulled in automatically when you install any Syncfusion component, so you rarely install it directly. The documentation covers Next.js, Remix, and Vite integration patterns.
