This is Syncfusion's production-ready chat component for Angular, and it's surprisingly complete. You get the basics like messages, typing indicators, and file attachments, but also less common features like bot framework integrations (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot), state persistence across browser refreshes, user mentions, and message pinning. The documentation is thorough with nine dedicated guides covering everything from reply models to RTL layout. It's overkill for a simple contact form but makes sense if you're building customer support chat, team collaboration tools, or AI assistant interfaces where you need reliability and don't want to wire up WebSocket handlers and UI states yourself. The API follows Syncfusion's enterprise component patterns, so expect verbose configuration but stable behavior.
