Beads

This hooks Claude into repositories using Beads, a Dolt-backed issue tracker built to survive conversation resets and multi-session handoffs. It pushes you toward `bd` CLI commands instead of keeping TODO lists in markdown files or relying on ephemeral agent memory. The core loop is simple: find ready work, claim it atomically, create follow-up tasks as you discover them, close when done. The real value shows up when context gets compacted or you're handing work to another session. Think of it as forcing project state into a database instead of letting it evaporate with your chat history.
