Remotion Best Practices

If you're building programmatic videos with Remotion, this skill gives Claude the domain knowledge it needs to help you properly. It covers the full stack: animations, sequencing, audio handling, captions, Three.js integration, font loading, and all the media utility functions from Mediabunny. The most useful bits are probably the timing and interpolation patterns, the caption workflows (including transcription and SRT imports), and the asset handling rules since those trip people up constantly. It's community sourced, so the quality might vary across the 27 rule files, but having this context loaded beats searching docs mid-conversation when you're trying to sync a Lottie animation to your timeline or figure out why your GIF isn't playing back correctly.
