Context Driven Development

This formalizes the practice of maintaining structured project context files alongside your code so AI assistants (and your team) stay aligned across sessions. You get five core artifacts: product.md for vision, tech-stack.md for dependencies, workflow.md for practices, product-guidelines.md for communication style, and tracks.md as a work registry. The workflow is context first, then spec and plan, then implement. It handles both greenfield setup and brownfield extraction from existing codebases. The real value is institutional memory and consistency. Instead of re-explaining your architecture and conventions every conversation, you point Claude at your conductor directory and it knows how you work.
