If you've ever watched a perfectly reasonable feature request turn into spaghetti because nobody asked the right questions upfront, this is the antidote. It forces Claude to stop and think before building anything: one question at a time, explicit assumptions, mandatory confirmation gates, and a decision log that survives the conversation. The structure is rigid on purpose, with hard stops at understanding and design validation. It won't let you skip to code until non-functional requirements are on the table and alternatives are explored. Best for anything where rework costs more than slowing down, or when you're honestly not sure what you're asking for yet.
