This is a Spanish-language project kickoff consultant that analyzes your workspace and branches into two modes: "Pure Engine" for empty folders (asks what you're building, for whom, and what outcome you want) or "Evolution" for existing codebases (scans your stack and asks what needs improvement). It then assembles a squad of 3-5 expert skills from the registry and generates tareas.md and plan_implementacion.md in Spanish. Think of it as an intake specialist that figures out whether you're starting fresh or refactoring, then hands off a roadmap and team composition. Only useful if you're working in Spanish and want this structured diagnostic upfront, otherwise it's just overhead before you start coding.
