A lightweight way to interact with Google Chat without spinning up a full MCP server. Handles the basics well: list your spaces, send messages, read conversations, and manage DMs. The OAuth flow is straightforward and tokens live in your system keyring, which is the right approach. File attachments work too. One catch: you need a Google Workspace account, so personal Gmail users are out of luck. The command line interface is clean enough that you could probably wrap it in your own tooling if needed. Good choice if you want Google Chat integration without the overhead of the full Workspace server.
