Summary
Validates App Store Connect submission readiness and monitors review status using the current asc CLI. The main command is `asc validate`, which runs a comprehensive pre-flight check across metadata, screenshots, encryption declarations, content rights, and app privacy. Also handles the actual submission flow with `asc review submit` and tracks review state. Covers the full checklist: build processing state, encryption compliance, IAP readiness, privacy policy, and all the small things that cause rejections. The web-session privacy commands are experimental but useful since the public API can't fully verify privacy publish state. Replaces legacy submit-preflight shortcuts that no longer work.
