This implements Kim Scott's Radical Candor framework for giving feedback that challenges directly while caring personally. Use it when you need to have difficult conversations, give performance feedback, or coach team members through growth. The key insight is that most feedback fails because people either care without challenging (ruinous empathy) or challenge without caring (obnoxious aggression). The skill walks you through doing both simultaneously, with practical guidance on when to give feedback in the moment versus waiting, and how to solicit feedback before giving it. It's opinionated about feedback being timely rather than saved for reviews, which is the right call but requires discipline.
