This handles the breaking changes when upgrading Honcho's TypeScript SDK from v1.6.0 to v2.1.1, which is required for Honcho 3.0.0+. The migration touches almost everything: snake_case becomes camelCase, observations become conclusions, the .core API becomes .http, and streaming switches from a flag to a dedicated method. It also removes the pollDeriverStatus pattern entirely since the queue is now continuous and never "done." You'll want this if you're stuck with import errors mentioning removed APIs or if your code breaks after bumping @honcho-ai/sdk. The pagination and configuration renames are tedious but straightforward once you know what changed.
