This generates a complete startup canvas that deliberately splits product strategy from business model, which is the key difference from Business Model Canvas or Lean Canvas. You get nine strategy sections (vision, market segments, value prop, trade-offs, metrics, growth, capabilities, and defensibility) plus cost structure and revenue streams. The approach comes from Paweł Huryn and fixes real gaps in the popular canvases: BMC has no vision or trade-offs, Lean Canvas creates redundancy between problem and market segments. Use this when you're launching something new and need both strategic clarity and a business model in one coherent artifact. It'll also call out which hypotheses you need to test first.
