Draft Nda

Generates a complete NDA with all the standard sections you'd expect: definitions, confidentiality obligations, permitted disclosures, remedies, and governing law. You pass in both parties' details, the types of information being protected, and jurisdiction, and it outputs a three-part package with a summary, full document, and customization notes. It marks sections that need legal review with warnings, which is honest. The prompting pushes hard for plain language over legalese, so you get something readable that your lawyer can tighten up rather than starting from a template full of Latin phrases. Useful when you need something more specific than a generic form but aren't ready to pay legal fees for a first draft.
