Company Creator

This is the scaffolding tool for the Agent Companies spec. It does two things: interview you about what kind of company you want, then generate the full package with COMPANY.md, agent definitions, skills, and workflow. The interview step is mandatory and surprisingly thoughtful. It'll ask about reporting structure, how work flows between agents, whether you need a CEO or just a team, and it proposes a concrete hiring plan instead of making you figure it out. If you give it a git repo, it'll analyze the code and build a company around it. The output is spec compliant and ready to import into Paperclip.
