Built on Dave Gray's framework from XPLANE, this walks you through synthesizing interview transcripts, observation notes, or survey data into something your whole team can actually use. The real value is in how it pushes you to distinguish between direct quotes and inferred beliefs, then surfaces design implications and research gaps. Works best when you feed it actual research data rather than assumptions. Good for when you need to move from a pile of user interviews to shared understanding fast.
