Planning With Files Ar

This is a structured planning system for Arabic speakers that creates three core markdown files (task_plan.md, findings.md, progress.md) to track complex work across sessions. It automatically prompts you to update progress after edits, re-reads your plan before tool use, and includes session recovery scripts to catch you up after context loss. The hooks are aggressive about keeping planning files in your attention window. Use it when you're tackling multi-step projects where you'd otherwise lose track of what you learned or what phase you're in. The "five question restart test" and three-strike failure protocol are solid mental models. It's essentially a disk-backed memory system for project work.
