Summary
This is a deprecated redirect stub, not a working skill. The x402 and MPP payment functionality has been consolidated into okx-agent-payments-protocol, and this entry exists solely to catch legacy references from old docs or scripts. If Claude lands here, it's instructed to immediately load the successor skill instead. The actual payment flows (exact, aggr_deferred, charge, session) now live in that unified dispatcher under references/. Useful only as a pointer in the deprecation chain, so you know where OKX moved the HTTP 402 payment handling after the merge in v2.0.0.
