Ctx Purge

Nuclear option for context mode cleanup. Wipes your indexed knowledge base and session data when things get polluted or you need a fresh start. Two flavors: nuke just one session (handy for isolating a messy test run without losing your main work) or scorched earth the entire project (KB, all sessions, stats, everything). The schema is strict about scope to prevent accidents. You need explicit confirmation, and there's no undo. If your search results are pulling stale garbage or you're context switching between unrelated projects, this is the only way out. Just be sure you mean it.
