Summary
This installs or updates Codex CLI and Claude Code in a single pass per agent: run the install command, verify the version, record the result. It respects disabled flags, fails gracefully if one agent has issues, and writes a structured summary envelope following the environment worker runtime contract. After Codex installs, it runs a sanity check on config.toml and marketplace layout, reporting drift without fixing it. That separation is deliberate: this skill gets the agents on your system, while ln-013-config-syncer handles environment alignment. Useful when bootstrapping a new machine or recovering from a broken CLI setup.
