This is a meta-skill that watches how your other skills perform during a session, then writes the lessons learned back into their SKILL.md files. You trigger it with `/evolve` or just ask it to review what happened. It converts messy feedback into structured JSON and updates skill documentation so improvements stick around between versions. The workflow feels a bit meta (a skill that improves skills), but if you're actively building and tweaking a personal skill library, having automated retrospectives could beat manually updating docs every time you notice something didn't work right. Passed two security audits, failed one.
