Summary
This one's been deprecated and moved upstream to the official Dart repository, so you shouldn't use it anymore. It originally covered best practices for building Dart CLI applications, but those guidelines are now maintained in the official dart-build-cli-app skill instead. If you need help building Dart command-line tools, grab the upstream version with the npx command they provide. It's a straightforward case of consolidation: the community skill got good enough that it made sense to fold it into the official tooling, which means better maintenance and closer alignment with Dart's own conventions going forward.
