Summary
This one's been deprecated and moved upstream to the official Dart repository, so don't use it anymore. It was originally meant to help migrate your Dart code from the old `package:matcher` expect functions to the newer `package:checks` equivalents, but now you should grab the official version instead. Just run `npx skills add dart-lang/skills --skill dart-migrate-to-checks-package --agent universal` to get the real deal. It's basically a redirect at this point, keeping the old name around so people know where the functionality went.
