If you've ever stared at a blank page with a novel idea but no structure, this walks you through building the scaffolding one conversation at a time. It starts with your emotional core and works outward through genre, voice, character sheets, worldbuilding tables, and chapter outlines, proposing each section and waiting for your approval before moving on. The whole thing lives in a structured directory under `~/writing/novels/` with everything from braindump to timeline to draft chapters. What I like is the refusal to rush: it mirrors your vision back to you and won't write files until you've approved all the pieces. For longer projects it can spin up parallel background agents to draft or review multiple chapters at once, which beats waiting around for sequential generation.
