Using Superpowers

This is the foundational skill that teaches Claude how to discover and use other skills in your workspace. It enforces a strict rule: before responding to any request, even clarifying questions, check if a relevant skill exists and call it if there's even a 1% chance it applies. The skill includes a decision flowchart, priority rules (user instructions always win over skill defaults), and platform-specific tool mappings for Claude Code, Copilot CLI, Hermes, and Gemini. It also has a "red lines" table of rationalizations to watch out for, like "this is too simple for a skill" or "let me just quickly check the files first." Install this first so Claude knows how to find and respect your other skills.
