One gotcha worth knowing: their "MCP" integration doesn't actually support the MCP 2025-03-26 spec despite the name. It expects plain JSON responses on the older 2024-11-05 protocol, not SSE streams, so you can't drop in standard MCP SDK handlers. Good for building AI receptionists, phone systems, or any conversational interface where you need more control than a basic chatbot.
