It walks you through mission planning (sailing orders, optional seven-question estimate), drafts a battle plan with quality gates, coordinates parallel agent execution, and produces a documented mission log. The Estimate phase is the real substance here: it forces reconnaissance, intent clarification, and dependency mapping before any code changes. Best for refactors or features that span multiple subsystems where you need auditable decisions and can't afford agents stepping on each other.
