This walks you through Osterwalder's Value Proposition Canvas to match what you're building to what customers actually need. You map customer jobs, pains, and gains first, then design your products and pain relievers to fit. Use it when launching something new, diagnosing why a product isn't selling, or pivoting to a new segment. The methodology comes straight from Strategyzer's framework with the two-sided canvas (customer profile on right, value map on left). It's structured and thorough, maybe more so than you need for a quick validation, but helpful if you're tired of building features nobody asked for.
