A structured approach to resume screening that creates scoring rubrics based on job requirements, evaluates candidates against weighted criteria, and outputs detailed assessments with green and yellow flags. Built on EEOC guidelines and structured interviewing research. Good for high-volume hiring where you need consistency across evaluators or want to train hiring managers on objective screening. The methodology is solid, breaking requirements into must-haves versus nice-to-haves and forcing you to define weights upfront. One thing to note is that it explicitly separates what Claude scores from what you decide, which is the right boundary for this kind of work.
