Instead of demographic fiction like "Marketing Mary, 35, likes yoga," it builds personas around trigger events, decision criteria, and actual anxieties that influence buying decisions. You can feed it customer interview notes to create research-backed personas, generate hypothesis personas before you have research, or audit existing personas against the framework. The skill walks through all five rings (priority initiative, success factors, perceived barriers, decision criteria, buyer's journey) and adds JTBD analysis on top. Use it when you need personas that actually drive marketing and product decisions rather than sitting in a slide deck nobody references.
