Post Acceptance

You've got a paper accepted and need to turn it into a conference talk, poster, or Twitter thread. This walks you through all three with concrete guidelines: slide counts by talk length (15 slides for 15 minutes), poster layout zones (intro left, methods center, results right), and social media structures (hook, problem, method, result, link). The timing advice is practical (1 to 1.5 minutes per slide, practice with a stopwatch) and the design specs are specific enough to actually use (24pt minimum body text, 72 to 96pt poster titles). It's basically a checklist system for the stuff you need to do after acceptance but before you show up at the venue.
