Conference LaTeX templates are usually a mess of sample content, verbose comments, and scattered files that need cleanup before you can start writing. This skill takes the zip file, analyzes what's wrong with it, then reorganizes everything into a clean Overleaf-ready structure with sections split into separate files, styles moved to their own directory, and all the example cruft removed. It works in analyze-then-confirm mode so you see the cleanup plan before it executes. Handy for ACM and similar templates where the official download includes way too much instructional material. It even handles special cases like KDD's anonymous submission requirements that need the nonacm flag to strip out footnotes.
