This guides you through designing a minimal viable experiment for a one-person company idea by forcing you to pick one hypothesis to validate first, not build a full product. It asks questions one at a time, presents three MVP options (service-first, content validation, or tool prototype) plus a fourth "I have my own idea" slot, then writes the confirmed plan into structured markdown files in opc-doc/. The boundaries are useful: it explicitly stops you from jumping into content creation, conversion funnels, or operational details until you've nailed down what you're actually testing. It won't let you validate ten things at once, which is exactly the discipline solo founders need. The checkpoint system ensures you actually commit the plan to disk before moving on.
