Dbs Restore

Pulls your last saved diagnostic session back so you can pick up where you left off. Works with dbs-save to create a continuity system across conversations. When you run it, you get a compact summary of the previous session's context, conclusions, rejected paths, and recommended next steps, then you decide whether to continue from there or start fresh. Handles multiple projects by slug, lets you list and pick from old snapshots by number, and won't auto-route you anywhere until you explicitly say what you want to do next. The whole thing is built around not making you repeat yourself when you come back to a problem hours or days later.
