Summary
This is a bare-bones template for building Claude Code skills, nothing more. You'd use it as a starting point when creating your own custom skill from scratch. The source includes just the YAML frontmatter structure and a placeholder for instructions, so you're essentially getting the minimal scaffolding to understand the format. Honestly, it's only useful if you're about to write a new skill and want to see the basic structure. If you're looking for actual functionality, you'll need to find a different skill or fill this in yourself with real instructions and logic.
