This handles Railway domain operations directly from your editor without switching to the dashboard. You can generate Railway's provided domains (one per service), add custom domains, check what URL your service is currently using, or clean up domains you no longer need. It's straightforward CLI wrapper stuff, but genuinely useful if you're already working in Claude Code and don't want to context switch. The 276 installs suggest people find the convenience worth it. Passed Socket and Snyk audits, though Gen Agent Trust Hub flagged a warning worth checking out.
